I work at the intersection of AI automation, process optimization, knowledge management, and technical writing. I care about building self-service systems and internal tools and automations that empower users, reduce support friction, and scale with organizational growth.
I thrive doing work that involves helping others help themselves, optimizing workflows, and diving into interesting problems where I can build my way out with custom tools and automations.
I also love building out knowledge workflows and documenting processes and systems that help others help themselves through self-service, AI chatbots, and just-in-time help resources.
I'm happiest collaborating across customer experience, support, product, and engineering teams to turn complex technical concepts into accessible enablement content that drives measurable process optimization and deflection.
